Simply get some friends together, choose a theme and I'll come teach, motivate and inspire you to fall in love with good food! All of my cooking classes are designed to help you:

My Fall/Winter 2019 Cooking Class themes are:
Mexican - Fajitas (your choice), Fresh salsa and Guacamole, Dessert
Thai- Thai Red Curry or Thai Peanut Stir-fry, Chicken Satay, Dessert
Italian - Pizza, Fresh Greens Salad, Dessert
Comfort Food Meals in Minutes- Chicken Mac & Cheese, Shepards Pie, or Speedy Lasagna (Choose one) and pair it with a appetizer and dessert.
Good Food. Real Results - Nourish Bowl Workshop - Nourish Bowls are a trend worth diving into! Not only are they delicious they are a sure way to get in a variety of nutrients. I love making bowls personally because they are healthy, satisfying, easy to make, even easier to clean up and its a great way to make left overs special. This class is focused on teaching you a super simple meal formula that provides you with energy and the nutrients you need to achieve/maintain a healthy weight while still eating the foods you love!
